Not so new year resolution

2018 is almost halfway done and I just decided that I need a new resolution.

So I'm planning to use this place as sort of journal/diary/rant place for this new journey of mine. Moving toward the better me.

1st week

Exercise

  • Mountain climbers
  • Crunches
  • HH Squats
Diet
  • Brown rice
  • Fried food using air fryer
  • Replace sugar with honey
Hair, nail, and spa
  • Facial (volcano clay mask)

So not much for the 1st week, but I guess it's a start. Planning to include upper body exercise for this week since I've been focusing more on the core and lower part of the exercise. 

So I guess its never too late to start your resolution.
